THE INSTRUCTORS

CDR. (ret) Dr. Eyal Pinko & ROY OREN

CDR. (ret) Dr. Eyal Pinko has a remarkable career spanning almost three decades in the heart of the Israeli Security System. His last position was as a Head of Division at the Israeli National Intelligence Agency, with a civilian rank equal to Rear Admiral.

His excellent service and his abilities to navigate complex situations, collect and analyze information effectively, and make critical decisions with precision have not gone unnoticed.

His contributions to national security have been acknowledged with prestigious awards and decorations. He holds Israel’s Security Award, National Intelligence Agency’s Decoration of Excellence, DDR&D Decoration of Excellence, and Israeli Defense Forces Commander-in-Chief Decoration of Excellence.

He graduated from the Israeli National Senior Intelligence Course and other specialized intelligence training courses. Venturing deep into the realm of intelligence, CDR. (ret) Dr. Pinko has a wealth of experience, serving on the front lines and at the headquarters offices. From covert missions on the ground to overseeing intricate intelligence operations, displaying his deep understanding of the complicated web of global security challenges.

After retiring, he successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in the field of Defense and Security Studies at Bar-Ilan University, Israel, and dedicated himself to teaching and researching. His ability to combine his operational experience with his passion for teaching has garnered him the utmost respect and admiration from peers and mentees alike.

Within the workshop, you will have the unique opportunity to walk with him behind the scenes of covert operations. CDR. Dr. Pinko will share secrets about the way a cover story is built, the way to influence people, and the fundamentals of tracking and counter-tracking.

This knowledge will widen your perspective and give you important practical tips that can be used outside of the intelligence context to effectively get what you want in your personal, private life, and career path.

The afternoons are dedicated to crossing limits and challenging the minds during a series of outdoor drills and exciting missions from some top spies' curricula.

These drills will provoke your creativity and problem-solving in real-life situations and will make you experience the feeling of being in the shoes of an intelligence officer in the field.

Of course, part of the drills will be to test what you’ve learned about tracking and counter-tracking. The adrenaline is high, and we promise a lot of self-discovering.

There isn’t a better way to feel the real missions than to do it with Roy Oren - a prominent former intelligence officer at the Israeli Special Forces. His remarkable career also includes rich experience as an instructor at the Special Tracking and Surveillance Unit of the Ministry of Public Security.

Recognized for his exceptional knowledge and expertise, Roy has been entrusted with the crucial responsibility of instructing and mentoring the next generation of intelligence officers. Within his duties, he designed and executed the training of the people whose job was to complete high-risk missions on the ground.

Through his exceptional instruction, he has empowered many individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the demanding world of intelligence.

Today he is running his own company that specializes in establishing and training special professional and intelligence teams worldwide.

THE PROGRAM

During the time of the workshop, the participants will go deep into the practical sides of espionage and will engage in indoor and outdoor activities which will enhance their skills in:

The participants will receive a certificate for their attendance with description of the skills which have been trained.
